Subscription Model:

• Customers can choose between Half Yearly to Yearly subscriptions.
• Payments are collected in advance for a selected period (6 months to 12 months).

Order Placement:

• Customers must provide accurate information, including full name, house address, email id, and phone number, to place orders.

Cancellation and Refund:

• Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.
• Remaining months in the subscription will be paid back with in 7-14 working days.

Payment and Billing:

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds for automatic renewals.

Delivery:

• Deliveries are scheduled based on the selected subscription plan.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses.

Termination of Service:

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any violation of terms or misuse of the platform.

Updates to Terms and Conditions:

• We may update these terms periodically. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
